  Larry was referred to us by friends and I am so grateful that he was. I can't begin to explain how happy my husband and I were to work with him. His dedication to customer satisfaction is unlike anything I have ever experienced. As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect. Larry was with us every step of the way. He made sure to explain everything to us so that we felt comfortable and he made himself available if we had any questions. After talking with friends about their experienced with their lender we quickly realized that Larry was going above and beyond what is expected. Even after closing, Larry made sure to let us know that he was available to answer any questions, whether it was about refinancing in the future, and anything else related to being a homeowner.   This was the best loan refinance experience I have ever had. Larry was very professional, answered all my questions and asked many I didn't think of, provided timely updates throughout the process, and responded quickly to my phone calls and emails.   We had tried to refinance with 2 other Banks prior to reaching out to Larry Locke with Pro-Funders. The big banks had high fees and low interest in helping us. We were just another couple trying to refinance during a low interest rate time. This last time we went with a family reference. Third time was the charm! Not only was Larry able to get us the BEST interest for us, but he kept us in the loop every step of the way. He was honest from the very beginning with best and worst case scenarios. He was friendly, personable, received periodic updates. Who knew that a refinance experience did not have to be a stressful/horrible one. Five star service the entire way!

  I recently bought my first house and had the absolute pleasure of utilizing Larry Locke at ProFunders. As a first time home buyer, I was very worried about all the struggles I have heard about from friends during their home buying experience.   Larry is the best! From the beginning to the end he was very calm, personable, and explained everything thoroughly. I have gone through a refinance now 4 times in my life and he is by far the best experience of them all. Highly recommend him and can't wait for the rates to drop even lower so I can refinance through him again. Also, when I was shopping around for my quotes, all of the other competitors flat out told me that they couldn't match what Larry was giving me and recommended that if it was true he was giving me that, to go with him. He's pretty awesome.
