  Guy Campbell is the best! He made our buying process a great and super easy experience. He did everything to save us money and get us approved super easy we have used other loan agents, but hands down he knows what’s he’s doing. He knows the business. Guy was always so helpful and picked up all our calls when we had questions.   I use Guy Campbell for all of my real estate financing needs. Guy is extremely fast and keeps you posted throughout the entire transaction. My favorite part about working with Guy is that he is always very honest, he will not hold anything back and always provides information and advise that will benefit my Family.   Guy Campbell is the best!. I was using the lender that our builder uses. their lender could have cared less if we got a good deal or not. Guy was able to get us a 1/2 point better rate and we still ended up getting incentives from the builder. Guy simplified the whole process and made everything easier.

  I’ve unsubscribed and have asked numerous times to be taken off Guy’s contacts, but I continue to get these contacts from him. So, he must want my review. My experience was terrible. He and his staff caused me to almost lose over $1600 dollars when they didn’t forward the sellers credit to escrow. They didn’t forward all the HO/fire insurance information to escrow, causing a lack of coverage. The officer handling my closing left for vacation at a critical time in escrow and didn’t tell me, causing these many issues. It was extremely difficult to communicate with them and they actually argued with me on 2 important issues that they dropped the ball on. I will never use Guy and his company again nor do I recommend him to anyone. Find another lender, you’ll be glad you did. Sorry Guy, I asked not to be contacted anymore, but you didn’t listen.... again.
