  Jim was a professional from the time we called him to the day we signed the contract. Nice, friendly, helpful, sincere are just a few words to describe him. He answered all our questions, sometimes more than once, and went over every detail line by line to make sure we understood what we were signing. If he wasn't available when we called, he would call back within a very short time later. I can't say enough about Jim Agate and have already recommended him to friends needing his services.

She was easy to get a hold of via email, text and cell phone, and was professional in her demeanor.
