  I recently purchased a house and Karl Scheiffele was my loan officer. Karl was dedicated and extremely helpful during the escrow process. He was responsive and patient with me and my numerous questions and he is extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process which can be very confusing to a first time buyer. I felt Karl was trustworthy from the start and he definitely lived up to this during the time we worked together.
