  Yosman was very effective and helpful with our refinancing opportunity. Our goal was to take advantage of the current low interest rates and lowered monthly payment. From the first email to the final funding of the loan, he was always helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions. There were some items that I needed clarification on, and they all took the time out to explain it. The entire process took about 18 days and it went very smoothly . Yosman showed excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Yosman and his team to everyone that is looking for a great loan and mortgage officer.

  Yosman is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. He takes his time and explains all steps in detail from point A to point Z. He makes the process so easy and even followed up with us in case we had additional questions. In my experience, you don't get that too often. We ended up with a 2.5%, 30 year fixed with low closing costs. Yosman made sure we got the best rate possible and sincerely cared about us as clients. We will continue to use Yosman for all our mortgage and real estate needs and we would greatly recommend him to anyone - no one else compares!!

  Yosman is extremely helpful and educated me with different options for my refinance. He was very patient through out the whole refinance process as he explained my refinance scenario and looked for a solutions that can best match my financial situation.
