  My husband and I bought a home back October 2021 and used the title insurance company priority Settlement Group of Texas based in Austin. We live in San Antonio. This year we received a surprise letter from the Bexar County tax office that the house we bought we owed back taxes from 2017 which totaled $12,754.34. We called PSG of Texas and spoke to Celeste. After research that took weeks with no update we finally got an answer saying they had their attorney send a demand letter to the seller that they owe back taxes on the house, and of course No response from the seller. Celeste advised us to file a claim with Fidelity. Which is the reason we buy title insurance for. Again after a couple of week they finally come back saying they will pay the taxes for 2017-2020 but we are responsible for all of 2021 which is around $3,500. We bought the house October of 2021 which we should be responsible for those 3 months. I contacted Celeste via email and asked to speak to a manager or someone above her. She just ignored my email and I have yet to hear from them. Priority Group will not due their due diligence to make sure transaction is done correctly. Stay away from this title company. It’s very wrong we are having to pay back taxes for 2021 with late fees assessed and penalties.

  Worst company ever! Warning ⚠️ stay away from this company. Especially Jenita! Boy can that woman lie! Told us if we closed before 3 p.m. on our funds would be in our bank.. well that was a big lie! Then she stalled on our funds to be wired with an excuse that she was waiting on a document from the buyer,which was a lie cause buyer had already closed 25 minutes after we did 😒

  The worst company ever!!!!! I sold my first home and Priority Settlement Group in Killeen, Texas was the company that handled the closing of our paperwork. Literally, a month later the office called my phone saying they accidently sent me $4,000.00 more than I was suppose to receive for the selling of my home, and can I send the money back. How could this even be possible when, they literally had one job... wire the money after all documents were signed. I am being sued for refusal to return the money, I suggest finding a different company to close with. This is how you do your clients... just know you heard it from this retired veteran!

  Professionally, I have experienced many title companies. My experience with Priority Settlement Group was PHENOMENAL! It was the most responsive and professional experience I have ever had. Bethany not only communicated efficiently but she immediately made changes/ catered to our requests. I am based out of Houston and I -WISH- I could find a Bethany and Priority Settlement Group here. Fantastic job!

The service Dina Luther and Jennifer Burke provide to each file is exactly what I was searching for when my previous title girls got out of the business. They answer and return calls, stay on top of emails, anticipate file needs and are efficient & effective communicators who are committed to getting the job done. The value of saving my clients money, as their Realtor®, is also important to me. Their escrow fees beat the competition. Their technology and systems make it simple to close without a brick and mortar office in San Antonio. My clients deposit earnest money checks via an app and if the clients are unable to do so the marketing rep Heather Rice is committed to helping with any challenges. Speaking of Heather she is also committed to superior service and makes sure satisfaction by all parties is met. They send the mobile closers, included in their fee, to the location that works best for each party. I have enjoyed going to walk throughs and then the mobile closer showing up at the property to do the signing. Talk about a time saver! Problems can come up at anytime with any transaction and when they do, working with professionals like my crew at Priority Settlement Group help ease the hiccups that we all experience from time to time.   This was without a doubt the worst closing experience I've ever encountered. Not only did my broker have to contact them because they didn't fund the refinance it is now two weeks after signing and I still haven't received the executed documents. If your broker indicates they will use this company tell them "no" or find another broker.
