  We worked with Michelle Simon as our lender to purchase our first home. Michelle is AMAZING. From the very first phone call with her through closing on our house, she was professional, thorough, helpful, responsive, and kind. She and her team made the process so easy for us, got us a great rate, and they worked diligently for us to be able to close early. Our realtor also said Michelle was great to work with. We can't say enough good things about Michelle. 10/10 would recommend :-)

  Sharon and her team updated us every step of the way. They communicated well with us via telephone and email and were always available if we had questions. This whole process seemed so easy thanks to them and the rest of the real-estate team who worked with my husband and I to buy own first home. We are very happy with our overall experience, especially walking into this experience not knowing all we needed to do.

  I know that they have several clients but they always made me feel like I was their only one because they took so much time and care to each step of the process. We had never bought a home before so I had no idea what to expect. I had heard all the feedback from friends and colleagues saying the mortgage and home buying process is the most stressful thing you can possibly do and that there will be lots of roadblocks and frustrations. I can honestly say that there was not one moment in the past six months where I was worried or stressed or remotely concerned- and a great part of that is thanks to them. They were amazing! This was a new home build so the process took around 6 months from start to close. They were professional, efficient, and ALWAYS available to take take calls or answer questions. They were clear in explaining responsibilities and contract questions in easy to understand terms. I can’t get over what a stress-free process this was. Thank you Melanie and Chelsea!!!!

  I worked with Brian- him and his team were absolutely incredible! My file was a bit complicated and Brian communicated with me every step of the way. Having worked with several loan officers for previous purchases and refi’s, I would say hands down Brian and his team were the best. Excellent experience!!

  Michelle and her team were knock outs. They were very timely on responding to my questions and documents provided. I was always able to reach her when I needed to. She processed a refinance for me faster than other lenders could have. I'm a licensed agent and would recommend her to all clients.
