  Melanie and Chelsea were fantastic at helping me purchase my 1st investment home! Everything went smooth and without a hiccup. I appreciated how Melanie took time to strategize how to make my loan happen with as little OOP costs as possible.   The Taliaferro Team has been such a wonderful resource for the past two purchases I've made. They are informative, knowledgable, and responsive.   Melanie and her team are a no brainer when you need the perfect mix of customer service, mortgage experience, and the means to make the loan experience easy!!! She has done multiple loans for me and my family. Most recently she did a refinance and it was stress free and I got a better rate and lower closing costs than with anyone else I looked at. I have multiple assets owned jointly with other owners, I get a W-2 and multiple 1099s, and I always have a difficult challenge with my deals. She handles it all with innovation and grace. If you need a lender, there’s no other choice.
