  After visiting this branch as a shared-branch customer from a different participating credit union, I honestly don’t understand all the negative reviews! My experience here was quick, pleasant, and efficient. Just make sure to ring the doorbell outside! The inside of the branch is small, but that’s not an issue. If you’re a shared-branch customer, just make sure to fill out the transaction request slip next to the entrance once you’re inside. Service was pretty quick today, however. The teller who assisted me was interactive & friendly! I came to deposit a check and my transaction was done quickly. The fact that this location is also right next to a post office is very convenient. Overall, a solid credit union! I’ll definitely be back!

  My Husband went into this branch to get a cashier's check since our credit union's offices are closed due to Covid-19. The branch manager who assisted my Husband made him wait and allowed other customers to go ahead of him. When my Husband asked why he was made to wait, the Teller told him, "Well you aren't one of our members so I'm taking them first.". IF we were ever thinking about changing credit unions, this one would not be our choice ever! A customer is a customer no matter where they originate from! Such a poor display of customer service should be noted since this Manager's lack of leadership trickles down to his entire team! This Manager should level up and be re-trained! Potential business has now been lost due to his negligent behavior!

  Never really a wait, if you are a credit union member off of almost any Credit Union, they can help. ATM outside and I've always had great customer service.

  They gave me a bad first impression, made me decide not to open up a new account with them. I will go somewhere else where they don't make you feel like you shouldn't be there.

  Horrible location, I mean it! Dirty, smells, rude staff. And I am afraid to even deposit here because I am scared that my card will be skimmed by scammers
