  So far so good I see you guys in the comments had bad experiences but I can't relate. They've probably changed there old ways and got better staff. I'm late most of the time with payments, but they seem to understand and even help me out. I give them 5 stars because I haven't had a problem with them. If you can't pay a loan. Then don't get one. Lol

  EXTREMELY disrespectful people working for first credit. the worst people to get a loan from try to save yourself the headache with dealing with Randy , Vicky and Hector. i have no clue how these people sleep at night my car is on urge on getting repoed im 1 month late going thru hardships and they will not work with me.Vicky the biggest fluke of them all was giggling while telling me i had until the end of the day to pay. BAD ppl. STAY AWAY

  First Credit Finance should not even be LAST on your list of lenders! They should not even be in business. Everyone except Claudia has treated me like I'm some kind of maggot, Hector, Omar and some other woman has been rude, inconsiderate, short and abrasive all doing their best to get me off the phone 100% of the times I have called; "they automatically HATE your guts!" Then you have to call 2, 3 or 4 times to get them to do anything and then do it correctly. I now hate them tooooooooooo! If you are buying a car MAKE SURE TO ASK WHO THE LENDER IS BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING AN D IF IT IS THESE IDIOTS RUN OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP OR HAVE THEM SHOP FOR A DIFFERENT LENDER! THEY HAVE 3RD WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE STRAIGHT OUT OF THE SEWERS OF TJ MEXICO... IF YOU WANT TO EVEN CALL IT THAT. This message box "required" me to check 1 star, they get NEGATIVE 1000 STARS!

  Outstanding to work with for the last 3 years. Have always treated us with respect. We really appreciate that they listen to us and work with us whenever we have needed their help (which has been practically every month!) Wendy is especially helpful and professional!

  I will never do business with these stupid ass people again. If I call you to make a payment for one payment. It should only be one!!! You shouldn't run my card twice trying to get two payments!!! Wth is wrong with you people??? If I can give you zero star I would!

  People should start reporting this place! Dont ever finance a car/truck with them! They are dumb they think people dont have money to pay They want you to change insurance deductible all the f***** Time! I will never work with these dumba** People.

  I made my payments on time and was paying an extra 100$ to the principle. On my 5th payment a lady informs me that it haves to be in two seperate payments in order to do that. I ask her why was i not told that. She said sir i dont need attitude. Really and i havnt received a statement in 5 months. She say maybe you gave us the wrong address.

  Customer service was terrible and they would not take any payment if it was not full balance, threaten to take my car for 1 month not being paid, asked to pay a 75% payment of the bill and was denied. I was never able to speak with my representative.

  Do not finance with this company!! they are a complete SCAM, i regret financing with them, I'm upside down and owe WAYYY more than the car is actual worth, and lets not get started with the people that work there. So UNPROFESSIONAL and GHETTO. Bill Williams is an unprofessional immature "supervisor" who loves to argue with customers if the supervisor is with this attitude can you imagine the worker that had access to my account, his name is Martin. I AM GETTING RID OF MY CAR SO I CAN GET RID OF THEM TOO.
