  Tania has handled my homeowners insurance. She goes above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Priority insurance when seeking hazard insurance. Tania is definitely a GREAT asset to this agency. Thank you Tania. The owner John Tran is also great. Even during the 2017 flood, John Tran was actually answering calls and helping his customers.

  I had to switch insurances last minute, and Priority Insurance was definitely the way to go. They were very helpful, and allowed me to find insurance within my price range very quickly. Galeb assisted me and he was very professional, nice, and he answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for auto insurance.

  Tram Tran is the most helpful person at Priority. She is extremely professional. When our home flooded, we were missing paperwork from our adjuster, and she immediately got on the phone with them and emailed the missing material to us. I personally recommend her and her agency for your insurance needs.

  I appreciate everything they did for me, especially Tania, she got on the ball on getting me a good quote, Eduardo was really good at sending my paperwork to mortgage company, and a special thank you to Mirza! I felt safe, we had a call with my mortgage company where they wanted something that I really didn’t understand, Mirza jumped right in and made sure that everything was done correctly for me!! They really have your back and are great at what they do! I’ve been with them for 8yrs!

  Great customer service. I have been with them for 4 years and no single complaint. My agent Mrs Edna is very knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely customer focus and she goes the extra miles to make sure all your needs are met as well as saving you a lot of money. Thanks once again.

  Ms. Bui saved me around $300 annually from switching over. She made sure to respond back to me as promised. The staff is quick and definitely friendly. Would recommend them for your insurance.

  You have one job! Is not to let customers policy cancel! The worst customer service and THEY LET MY POLICY CANCEL! After several phone calls before the cancellation date to get me a new quote and after several promises to call me back my policy cancelled. Sonia is probably the WORST insurance agent that I have met and she needs to fire her entire staff they are not worth the chair they sit on. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  I decided to go with this office because I live and work in the area. It was a great decision! The people here worked tirelessly to get a policy I was comfortable with. My agent was a huge help and answered all of my many questions. I look forward to a terrific working relationship with this office!
