  Wes and his team were referred to us by a very close friend, who himself is a mortgage broker, who used Wes to finance his recently purchased home. You know you're dealing with top notch service when even those in the industry are seeking them out. Our experience, too, was exceptional! Wes took lots of time to sit down with us, go over our many options, and stayed available to us to answer the many, many more questions that arose throughout our home buying process. We did our due diligence and shopped at other lenders. The package through Priority 1 was the most competitive all around! Lowest rates, lowest (no) fees! Outstanding work from Wes and the other associates at Priority 1 who we dealt with after we made the offer and our way to closing. Very satisfied with our experience, terms of our financing, and would highly recommend you go to them for business!

  This team made me feel like family and did everything in their power to help me close on my first house. From late night calls, getting everything done working with my crazy work hours they never gave up and helped me every step of the way. Im truly going to miss talking to Mike and Sarah I consider them good friends now and was happy I met them. They are really good people who knows their job and know what they are doing. It's hard to find good people in the world today and they are truly good people. Thank you all for what you'll have done for me and my daughter. She is really enjoying her new beautiful home. 🥰❤

  I’m sure you will regret asking for my review. In my 14 years as a Realtor, I have never had a worse closing. We must have worked with 12 different people, most of whom did not communicate when we would call or email. Elie was supposed to be our contact, and that didn’t work out so good. We had no idea who to send paperwork to, no one knew what the other person was doing, the lender did not communicate with the title company, and if it wasn’t for Stacey Loscia at the title company, we’d probably still be waiting to close. We closed more than 3 weeks after the closing date. Neither buyer or seller was happy. If you want to continue with mortgage lending, you need to make some drastic changes. Sorry, but I’m just being honest.

  Peggy, customer service is always our #1 priority. Unfortunately the past few months it has been extremely difficult because all the lenders we work with are overwhelmed and under staffed because of the low rate environment and the Corona pandemic. Things that typically should take less than 30 days are taking much longer the past few months. We do not filter our reviews and they are automated regardless if we know the experience may not have been the best because we want to know and we strive to improve everyday. We are hiring new staff members everyday to help accommodate these levels of volume.. Thank you for your feedback .

  Priority 1 Lending is what one might say is tne "Bomb.com" . I connected with the Team and weekin two we close with a lower rate than we were quoted. Special thanks to Sarah who stayed on top of things and kelp me inform during the whole process. I highly recommend Priority 1 lending to anyone who is considering refinancing.
