  It's weird, I got an over draft fee from something that occured 2 months prior, I called and asked why'd I get charged when there is more than enough sufficient funds and that's when they braught up charges from 2 months ago, I've always had no problem and if you think I'm rating it 1 star because of that......ur entirely wrong just upset that the staff I've spoken to seem shady.

  They tried to tell my husband that his account has been overdrawn with a negative balance for 41 days. That’s not true. When contacted, they said that the charge that made it “negative” was a charge that I have proof went through MY BANK ACCOUNT AT ANOTHER BANK. They also said there were a few other “charges” that I have proof went through my account. They refuse to acknowledge this proof, and refuse to refund the charges. They also locked him out of his account so he has no way of seeing his transaction history. They refuse to acknowledge they messed up and are requesting that HE pay the money back and that if he doesn’t, they will report it to a credit bureau to bring down his credit. I WILL BE CONTACTING A MANAGER ABOUT THIS MATTER. Stay away from them at all costs.

  What a joke of a "Credit Union". They were charging me a an inactive account few for a savings account why? And then as soon as my balance dropped below a certain amount they deducted an additional few for my account dropping below their minimum balance. That should constitute as fraud I don't know how they can get away with doing this. Stay clear from this place people.

  Worst credit union EVER !!!!! They hold back pending transactions so that you over draft an add on fees i hate i switched from Michigan first and i will be going back to them!

  Arrived 2 minute before closing but they wouldn’t let me in. No one else was in just needed to deposit quickly. Took then longer to tell me no than it would have taken to do the deposit for my kid. The bad customer service is why I no longer bank there personally.

  This place will shut the door right in your face. I got here right at 5 only to have them lock the door in my face. They care more about kicking you out then helping you.

  Went in and opened a new account with them. Freda helped me with everything I needed and more! Very professional and friendly environment. I would recommend Freda and Dfcu.

  I went to cash a $10 personal check that was given to me by one of there members and they wanted to charge me $5 to cash a $10 check. Poor taste for a banking institution.
