  I love this bank generally because you have a great staff , especially Crystal Wisner. She knows her stuff. She is always friendly and well versed in any situation. She also goes out of her way to remember me by name though I’m sure she sees hundreds of people a day. Awesome customer service.

  Crystal has gone above and beyond helping me obtain auto loans on two trucks and a motorcycle. The quick response and help she gave me made borrowing money almost enjoyable. She was awesome and I would highly recommend giving her a call if you need a loan.

  Crystal Wisner is wonderful to work with. She has gone out of her way to help my family and I with all our financial adventures.   LMCU (Livonia) is a great Credit Union to partner with. The staff is always kind, and helpful. LMCU offers many benefits for their customers. Their acts of random kindness includes a $50 deposit into your account, paying your monthly mortgage etc. They, amazingly, give back to their customers. Not only do they care about therir customers, they also care about the community. Thank you LMCU for all you do for us, your customers, and the community.

  HIDDEN GEM! Joining Lake Michigan Credit Union has been an utterly pleasant and even life-altering experience. The Livonia branch’s utterly pleasant, personable, and polite personnel worked seamlessly with the personnel at LMCU’s headquarters in Grand Rapids in quickly underwriting a home equity line of credit for me. From the moment that I first walked into the Livonia branch, I was warmly greeted and treated with the personalized attention that lesser banking institutions (such as Michigan Educational Credit Union and Bank of America) quite simply can’t seem to “afford” (pun intended). :-) So if you’re searching for A BETTER BANKING EXPERIENCE—one that incorporates sincere and personalized attention, impeccable financial backing, and state-of-the-art technology—then might I please, as an “Average Joe,” most heartily recommend Lake Michigan Credit Union as going above and beyond.   Let's just say my experience with this credit union has been less than stellar😤. I honestly don't know where to begin, from the time I first opened my bank account to closing on my mortgage to inquiring about commercial lending all of my experiences have been HORRIBLE. This credit union deserves a (-10)rating from me. SHOUT OUT to Jack Keller in the commercial lending department for not really attempting to assist with any options to meet my needs. The guy didn't even offer the option to open up a business account there. I definitely need to follow the signs the universe shows me. The signs were very clear! I'll take my business elsewhere, where I am treated fairly and valued. BTW that's Navy Federal Credit Union, where you're treated like a valued customer.

  Everyone at Lake Michigan Credit Union is personable, extremely friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help. I changed from another credit union and chose this one over other credit unions within a short distance from home. LMCU is far better. Everyone was also helpful when I put my Revocable Trust together. What's really impressive is being known by name with all the tellers. I would most assuredly recommend this credit union to anyone, hands down the best.
