      PrimeWay is terrible. Been banking with them fit years with no benefit. Started a wire for a measly 5k and they needed to review it for 24 hours. What’s the point of paying a fee?? I lost that real estate deal. I no longer bank with them and I don’t think anyone should. I don’t know what this post will do but I hope someone sees this and pull their money out. There are better banks out there with better service. These guys are truly truly terrible. BTW God help you off LaPorsche Solomon handles anything for you. She’s managed all my wires and they always are delayed. Plus she doesn’t know what the limits are. Honestly nobody does.

      Am current customer with a auto loan. Prime way CONSISTENTLY makes mistakes with my account, with the first few times I understood but I've only had my new car for not even a year and I've had upwards of 10 account mess ups ranging from money not being taken out when its supposed to, to money being taken out 2 weeks in advance, to them "accidentally" raking my auto payment from me during the covid freeze and only giving me the money back if I proved with picture evidence of my account statement. Nonetheless, I only came here because interest was cheaper here than anywhere else and now I know why. You ALWAYS pay for what you get. Avoid this place with your life buying a cash car is better than setting up a auto loan with them. Edit: would give 0 stars if I could horrible company.

      I’ve been banking with them for three years (savings only). Just recently within the year, Primeway left the shared branching network for credit unions which why I joined them. Second, I have a full time job (meaning I could easily afford a car payment and higher auto insurance) and they wouldn’t approve me for a full time job without a co-signer perhaps b/c it was first auto loan. However, several other credit unions approved me without an issue or a co-signer. Needless to say, I closed my account.

      Hi Andrea, We really hate to see you go. Unfortunately, the Share Branching cost is escalating. To keep our costs reasonable and to invest resources to benefit our entire membership, it became necessary to offer the Share Branching service for a fee that only covers the cost of the service. We also offer members several other resources that make conducting transactions easy and don’t have a fee like deposit your checks through our Smart Phone App and our over 50,000 surcharge-fee ATMs. As for the loan, I'm not sure of your exact situation but we try very hard to make sure we have the right loan for our members.       This is a financial institution. Seriously, a 1 star rating for most of a year! I have used Primeway for other business needs at other locations and have had great service. Shame I'll have to drive to a further location to get better service than what I see here rated for your location.

      Every time I come to this branch it is always a issue with the drive throw, bad customer service all personnel there are very rude; in addition, the loan officers there need to go back to training and work on there people skills. Very soon all of my accounts with primeway will be closed, need a better credit union.
