Capital One Bank Reviews

Saxo Pio1Gawd awful, most useless bank on Earth. I switched my direct deposit for work from Navy Federal to CapitalOne because they advertise faster direct deposits and they have branches (mostly) all over. But while my pay might post 2 or 3 days quicker, everything else about CapitalOne Bank is horrible. Having branches all over makes no difference if whenever I go in, I can never get anything accomplished. Navy Federal is far superior when it come to serving the customer. So, I’ll be removing my direct deposit from sorry azz CapitalOne and going back to Navy Fed.

Christian Antonio5Shawn was very helpful. I'm in the drive thru and not in a car:l

Natalie Diala Ugwu1The absolute worst Capital One location that I have been to. I hate coming here, but it is unfortunately the closest one to my home. The customer service is horrendous, I have yet to encounter a kind teller who treats customers with respect. I feel like I'm bothering them whenever I come here, if you can, skip this one and go to a different location.

Tocus Tinoco2The ATM outside in the drive thru is ALWAYS Broken, always. I've been coming to this bank location for about 11yrs and the ATM outside isn't worth a F.

Zachary Scott1These hoes are horrible, horrendous on taxes probably writing off ho independence. Amazingly horrible, I go to the ATM to deposit checks, with my card in the machine I see "windows is now shutting down". All employees are familiar with their faulty ATM issue. I go in to tell the employees inside, they tell me they can't give me a temporary card because my account was created in Louisiana, but can overnight me one. It's been 3 days and I call in the person on duty tells me that there is no record of a card being ordered...Smh never go here
Response from the ownerNot cool and definitely not the impression we were trying to make. Rest assured that we're tapping our ATM team with this feedback on your behalf.

Cris and Jeslie1Went there to open up a business account over an hour and half ahead of closure time and after waiting for 45 minutes they told me they didn't have enough time to open up an account. Didn't seem even interested to have my business. Wish they had told me earlier instead of wasting my time. Even after checking in, took over 30 minutes to be greeted. Will definitely take my business elsewhere.
Response from the ownerHi there, thanks for sharing your branch visit experience with us. We apology for the service that you received and will get you review in front of the right eyes. Thanks. ^AB

Deandria Franklin1This location ATM never works! EVER. Morning, noon or night. It’s ridiculous, I live across the street and have to drive 6 miles out my way to avoid paying additional fees. The inside ATM only has option to check your balance, you can’t deposit cash or withdraw. I’m closing my account tomorrow because this has been going on FOR MONTHS
Response from the ownerThis definitely isn't what we like to hear. Rest assured, we've got our techies on the case, so a fix is in the near future.^AS

Greg Johnson1I hope no one else misses a payment with capital one during this pandemic. After millions including myself are out of work and millions including myself has lost a love one to covid-19, capital one told me they cannot waive a late fee off my account after 4 years of being a loyal customer. Absolutely unacceptable!

Yen Bui1I came to this location to do public notary as it is free for members and due to it being close to my workplace. The female teller, African American 20-30 yrs old, looked at my paperwork and told me they don't do public notary for my type of paperwork. Another male teller, Caucasian 25-35 yrs old, interrupted me while I was talking to her and said "Why don't you go back to them?" in reference to going to the Capital One bank nears my house. I had no issue getting free public notary at the bank nears my house. Unlike the tellers at this location, the tellers work near my house would ask their manager to look at my paperwork first. I didn't have issue getting public notary afterwards. This Capital One location needs to train their tellers better. Horrible experience with their lazy and rude tellers. Definitely won't be visiting this location again.
Response from the ownerOof—certainly not the customer experience we're looking to provide. Thanks for looping us in on this, we'll make sure to get your feedback in front of the right eyes to ensure that your voice is heard. ^MS
