  Brent was awesome to work with on our home refinance. We were unsure how much we would benefit from refinancing. He spent over an hour with us running different calculation for different scenarios - even though we were in the middle of a blizzard and he could have been at home. We were able to cut over 1% off our current rate and should have the house paid off in a fraction of the time without paying any more monthly than we currently are!

  Brent Busch made the home buying as simple as possible for me. I recently bought my first house and Brent made the entire possess start to finish as pain free as possible. Even when I really put the pressure on him putting in an offer on the 15th with the plan of closing on the first. He did a great job of making all the paper work quick and easy and made closing day a breeze. 10/10 would recommend.

  I would honestly say the team at Prime Source Funding Is the best in the state. We were referred by my sister in law when my wife and I entered the house market. They are up front about pre-qualification, and present simple no nonsense paths to first time home ownership. Our loan officer Brent Busch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in this regard, he advised my wife and I through every step of the process, working with my real estate agent, and going above and beyond to white glove us through to closing. It was a sincere pleasure to work with him, and we still keep in close contact. If i have a question about my current mortgage, he's a phone call away.   When I started looking at refinancing my mortgage to take advantage of better interest rates I received several responses including prime source funding. I liked the fact that they were located in Mankato less than an hour from my home. I called and talked with Jason Madson - Senior Loan Originator. I explained what I was looking for and provided the necessary information. Jason was very knowledgeable and helped me fine tune some of the details. Later the the same day Jason called back with the results of his search. I was surprised by how low an interest rate I qualified for. Jason explained the loan process from start to finish and took care of all the work on my behalf. All I had to do was provide some financial documentation. Jason made the whole process quick and seamless and I felt like I was his only client. I don't think I could have made a better decision.
