  I recently joined MVFCU & I couldn't have made a better choice for my banking needs. The excellent service, support & friendly staff that go above & beyond what I had expected (my personal experience with Brittany G. has been outstanding), so I definitely give 5 plus stars for this financial institution!

  I have been a member for over 40 years. I love almost every thing about MVFC. I did have a strange experience: A couple years ago I got a loan for $5000.00 and paid it off way before the due date. Then the next year I asked for the same amount to purchase a camper. This was handled by a different loan officer and he declined it immediately even though my history is impeccable with the credit union. I was extremely upset and disappointed. His criteria seemed so much different from the first loan officer. I won't ever ask for a small loan again.

  For the most part, I’ve been very happy with MNVFCU. Just a couple of data entry things that I would like to have changed, but I can live with it the way it is. I just have to be more diligent about checking on it earlier in the day. They are always willing to talk and answer questions.

  I love this bank. I don’t even live near it anymore but I still use it because other banks just try to rip you off whereas MN valley has always done right by me. Best bank around.

  One of the best banks I have ever worked with for auto loans. Even after moving to the cities I always turn to MN Valley FCU. Lindsey has helped me out tremendously with everything from getting pre-approved for a loan to setting up my auto payments. The e-documents for signing loans make its a breeze and I can sign my loan right from work.
