  I would HIGHLY suggest going to Bank Vista for home lending/refinancing and commercial loans! We were working with another bank for home refinancing starting in April through August and just stopped working with them, because their underwriting was SLOW and every month they were asking for updated information. It was frustrating and draining. We called and emailed with Bank Vista for about a month, turned in requested information one time and closed on our refinancing. Ryan was so easy to get in touch with and was right on top of things. Simple process, easy to talk to and the best thing about it WE DIDN'T FEEL LIKE A NUMBER!! Thank you Ryan for all your work to help us. Also, Brian in commercial lending was amazing as well. He is always quick to respond and helpful to all questions. He gets the job done in a timely manner and is very professional. Again, we don't feel like a number at Bank Vista, like we do with one of the much larger well known banks. I have a feeling we will be switching all our accounts to Bank Vista soon!!

  Had an amazing experience overall! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I worked with Habib Sadaka for my mortgage loan and let me say this- he took care of everything! All the questions were answered! I got fast replies to any and all of my concerns! I literally just had to pick a house and show up for closing! Habib and Aracely really made Home buying stress free! I also recently had an opportunity to interact with their teller, David, who was extremely helpful and patient with me. BankVista will meet all your needs and they’ll take care of everything for you so that you can sit and relax!

After speaking with Habib from BankVista, he reassured me that he could find me a loan, even with zero credit, and he stuck to his word! He found me the perfect loan with amazing interest rates!   We went through BankVista for the mortgage on our first house, and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone explained everything very clearly and did their absolute best to get us the best interest rate possible. The customer service at BankVista is in a league of its own -- honestly.
