  We use Leigh Walker for our Broker through Prime Rate Home Mortgage. He was the most flexible person we had talked with. We had been looking for a one for almost 8 months and had put in many offers over that time. With each offer Leigh was was there when we needed him. He would always get back to us within minutes of a call and made sure we always had the appropriate letter for pre-approvals when putting in offers. When we finally had an offer accepted on our home he was there every step of the way. He made sure that prior to the underwriting process that we had all our documentation together to speed up the process. He was organized and efficient and made that process stress free for us. I don’t know if we would have found and gotten our home with out Leigh on our team and being there when we needed him. After each step Leigh and his team also sent out helpful emails explains simply the does and fonts as you love forward in different processes and stages of your loan. Because of Leigh’s hard work my wife and I have our first home and raising our family in a place we love and we thank him and his team at Prime Rate home mortgage.

  Thanks to Leigh for helping me refinance from a variable to a fixed rate mortgage, and getting me the lowest rate available—and just in the nick of time before interest rates started going up! Phew! He advised me well, and he managed to lock in the rate in time and make sure we finalized the mortgage in time. Now when I get my mortgage statement every week I actually smile :) He pays attention, communicates clearly, works for his client, and doesn't leave you hanging. After speaking with multiple brokers, I am so glad I chose Leigh. I definitely recommend Leigh.

  My Fiancé and I purchased our first house during 2021 and used Leigh Walker at Prime Rate Home Mortgage to help us find financing. We first shopped around for rates and he was consistently finding us the lowest rate and, most importantly, he was very responsive! He is so knowledgeable on the process and genuinely wanted to help us through the home buying process.   Our experience with Leigh was wonderful! He was recommended to us after our lender for our house sale was dragging their feet on everything, and he closed our house in only a few weeks from start to finish. He was always available, was great about keeping us in the loop with where we were in the process, and helped us get a lower rate than we were expecting. We would highly recommend!

  Leigh and Prime Rate Mortgage were above expectations in all ways. He was available to talk me through the process, and really worked to set my mind at ease. The cost of the loan was the best that I could find - totally smoked the local lenders in the closing costs and even in the loan terms. Closing was incredibly clean, and my attorney commented on how the closing docs were far better than typical. I have worked with Leigh for three different loans, and will do so again

  Leigh is a fantastic mortgage broker. As first time homebuyers, we had an endless list of questions and Leigh was able to very professionally (and patiently!) walk us through all the answers, and explain to us what our best options were financially.   I worked with Leigh on a home refinance at Prime Rate in 2021. He was able to offer us a great rate that closed in the shortest amount of time I have ever experienced with a refi.   There isn't enough room on this page to clearly describe the most seamless and perfect experience I had, as a first-time home buyer with Leigh. To walk into uncharted territories with only "other" peoples' horrible stories I was scared to say the least. However, from the beginning Leigh was always available to me-via phone, text, email..always there. Always willing to take some time to help me understand the jargon and the process. I genuinely felt that he was treating this process as we would want someone to treat him. He was looking out for me the whole time and now I get to walk away from this experience letting everyone know that it is not a horrible path, and you can make it through without hating the process. I hope that I am able to work with Leigh in the future because we fully trusted him, the process, judgment and his guidance. I am so happy I was referred to him and I hope I am able to pay it forward and refer him to someone else. Thank you for everything is not enough to say!
