  James was always free to answer any questions I had about the selling/buying process and he went out of his way to contact the town on getting the last meter reading and fire alarm inspection. The marketing portion of my house looked amazing and he was able to get top dollar. I would highly recommend him to any individual that would like to sell or buy a house. The process was extremely easy and I felt very comfortable with James leading the way.

  James was recommended as a local Veteran owned company. He was very responsive and accommodating to our hectic schedules with requests to see properties. After many viewings, we decided to build and James helped walk us through the process. He was upfront, direct, and honest about realistic expectations which helped streamline the entire process.   James did an excellent job attending to our questions and helping us find a home that worked for us. He was good about communicating things at all times of day and kept us up to date as to the progress of our new home as it was being built. We appreciated all of the insight he provided during viewings and selecting viewings that aligned with what we were looking for. He adapted very quickly as our requirements for our home changed. Overall it was a positive experience and we would recommend his services.

  James the owner is an outstanding real estate agent. He knows what he is doing and helped me deal with a very toxic and malicious seller. I couldn’t of had a better real estate agent. He also has a cool Jeep! If you are a veteran James is very knowledgeable about the veterans home loan process.

  James has to be the hardest working man in the business. From personally driving repairs needed to close on time to immediate responses to every question I asked (even at 6:30 on a Saturday morning). Everything I did not know from beginning to end, he was happy to explain. I am typing this sitting in my new home. Thank You!
