  I've been a member over 20yrs. I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with the car loans and other things I've been denied as a long time member- they refused me a 500 dollar CHRISTMAS loan and I make money and DIRECT DEPOSIT MY MONEY HERE at the time but whatever. I still love the bank and people. Mr Olsen is THE BEST. he works so hard and is such a good person. he is dedicated personable and just one of the reasons I value PFCU. I also love the app. I check and stay in tune with all my transactions. the app is superior to me and I log in at least once a day. best thing for staying on top of your transactions

  With my many years of history with Prime Financial, I have always felt that I was serviced with fairness and professional integrity. I appreciate that PF is more than a "lending" institution. As a consumer, I've felt that they have made great offers in my requests for financing and refinancing just as they have protected me from making harmful financing choices. I appreciate you, PF.

  Most of my interactions are positive, love this Credit Union, 4 stars due to couple of not so satisfactory employees.

  I've been a member for 16 years. I'd give 5 stars but the online banking is horrible, not user friendly at all. I'm considering paying off my loan and closing my accounts. The banking app is ok, but doesn't let me see credit card transactions like I could online.

  The website is terrible. It is not user friendly, very confusing and difficult to figure out how to make a simple payment on a loan. I would not recommend this facility to anyone I know.

  Hi Sandy, I'm sorry you were having difficulties making a payment on your loan through online banking. If you have a payment due, you should typically see a message when you log in saying "Your payment of $XXX.XX is due in X days" with a button to "Pay Now". If you'd like to make additional or partial payments when a payment is not actively due, you can do that in the "Transfers" section by transferring funds from an account to your loan. If you'd like to make a payment from an account you have at another credit union or bank, you can do that, too!
