      CALLED OFFICE AND ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MINUTES AND I WAS CALLING FROM SPAIN. NOT A HAPPY PERSON. TRYING TO GET A INVESTMENT SORTED THAT WAS POSTED WITH WRONG HISTORICAL INFORMATION AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN A RUN AROUND FOR OVER A MONTH. SENT PAPERS, FAXES, MAIL AND STILL A MESS AND NOW NO ONE TO TALK TO.
