  Jeff Bohl is the perfect loan officer for me. Since we started he allowed me to take my time and make my choices without being too persistent and/or pushy. He also had lots of great advice when I sent him a house I was interested in putting a offer. Thanks to Jeff and my Realtor Breezy, without them I wouldn't have found this beautiful house.

They keep you informed throughout the entire process and work diligently to make the entire event as quick and painless as possible. Arnie makes you feel comfortable throughout the application process and answers all your questions in a friendly, reassuring manner. He worked overtime to meet a seller-imposed deadline without complaining or making any excuses. We would definitely recommend him and his agency to anyone buying a “new” property.

  Arnie went above and beyond to help us with our first mortgage loan! He made our first time home buying experience smooth and not-so intimidating because of his expertise and approachable demeanor. He was easy to reach, responded in a quick manner to any question I had (as it was my first loan), and also sent over short educational videos explaining the loan process we were at. The company website was also easy to navigate. Great experience, would recommend him to my friends or family looking for help with a loan!

  Have worked with Arnie multiple times in the past and in 2020. Referred my daughter to him to arrange financing for her first home. Smooth experience, great staff, can-do attitude, good communicators...which is everything. Up front and open. Arnie always seems to snag the best rates. His sense of timing is awesome.

  Barbara has a very special talent of taking her time to explain every detail, while still making thing happen very quickly. This is the second time I've gotten financing with Barbara, and I will definitely be using her again to refinance when needed. Barbara has great communication skills, she is just simply amazing. I can't say enough good things about her.

  The whole experience was so comfortable! Arnie explained everything, thoroughly and clearly. The process went very quickly. The team answered all of our questions and personally walked us through some of the computer steps. It was a very pleasant experience.

  I was calling around to get additional information for a refinance. The agent I spoke to, Scott S. Was incredibly rude and talked down to me. I've been through the refinancing process before and came into it knowing what I want. After the longest 5 mins of my life, i let Scott know I did not want to pursue an application he then said good luck with my loan if it doesn't get denied first. I thought that was pretty screwed up. In any event my loan closed Last Friday and I am so happy I did not move forward with this company.

  I am very sorry you felt that way. When we talked to you we remember you had told us the closing documents on your refinance were at escrow and you were shopping for a better interest rate. Given the upward trend in rates in the last few weeks I can understand why Scott would have recommended staying with your current refinance. I am sorry this wasn't explained to you better. We will be better listeners in the future.

  Words alone can not express how very happy I am with PRMI and more specifically Arnie and everyone on his team to help make getting our refinance happen. Being both self employed other brokers turned us away or misleadingly put us into programs we couldn’t qualify for and wasted a lot of our time and money. Arnie knew how to work with our specific circumstances and is very knowledgeable about all of the various programs to fit with everyone he works with. What I like about Arnie, is that he takes the time to explain the process to you and holds your hand through the process so you, the borrower feels confident and secure; if there are any roadblocks along the way, he and his team handled them with expediency. The informative videos emailed throughout the process were also helpful. Arnie and his team had less than 30 days to get our refinance closed for us and he worked above and beyond to make this happen and we are so grateful to him and for all of his knowledge. We fully trusted him where after being told by so many others we were impossible- Arnie restored our faith and getting a refinance to keep our home possible!
