  Got a phone call from a guy from The institution. Said my loan Was almost paid off and did I want to borrow again. Yes I said and before I knew it, it Was handled. Just that easy. Maybe 15 minutes On the phone. And he was very polite and handled it in such a manor my dignity was left fully in tact. And he was so honest in a business full of people that aren’t. I would recommend these guys to anyone I know in need of some cash.

  Isaiah was very courteous and helpful, although we had problems with getting the paperwork done on the computer, we finally got it done. I would definitely recommend Mariner Finance to my friends.

  I am currently an active customer with Mariner Finance Tacoma branch. All of payments has been current and always up to date, never to go default. However, just a few days ago not even a week has passed while I was going through the online portion of finalizing my loan. Reason for this was due to the fact I was given an approval and what my new terms would be. Nevertheless, on the day of my documents signing portion the guy was now saying my loan couldn't proceed. His reason was inexcusable, but not valid to my circumstances. For the portion of income dropping annually was only because of my health recovery stage. Although it was paid sick leave it wasn't my normal earnings during the period. So once I explained the difference in income levels it wasn't good enough. I even uploaded my last earnings statement proving I am earning the income required to support my new loan. Lastly when I offered to provide all earned income from my return to full time earnings the guy refused. Instead by insulting me and asking me if $500.00 will be enough? So this was a big waste of my time, and I definitely didn't appreciate the negligence on the false loan approval process.

  This was my third loan with the Tacoma office. Joey is the same representative I have interactive with for all my loans. He is outstanding and professional. He was able to get a reduced interest rate for the amount I requested.

  I applied online and was contacted next day. Straight forward process and uploaded all documents online. Joe provided the loan amount and explained all docs before I electronically signed. Great service and response!

  Very professional. Quick to get back to you and try to find a way to work with you to provide some financial assistance, even if they couldn't loan you the full amount requested. I have had a loan with them for almost a year now. Highly recommend them!

  It took some doing . There hours are bad for a person that works . I could only talk to them on Tuesday . If I didn't get it done then I had to wait another week . I did explain that to Carlos and he did offer to stay late one night to help me out .I do wish the interest rate was a little lower
