  My experience working with Susie was the BEST! This was by far the smoothest process of filing my taxes with Liberty. She was polite, professional, helpful & so much fun to work with. I appreciate her ability to work quickly & yet, be very precise at what she does. Thank you Susie! You are a gem & I will definitely be looking for you next year.

  Great place with great customer service. Makes the tax preparation experience easier. Website does say that they are open on Sundays at the Steele location but it is not.

  My husbands taxes were filed incorrectly . When he went in to have them fixed he has been told he will receive a phone call and never does. He brought his 2020 tax documents to have those done as well and this location lost all of his papers. Numerous promises of receiving a call back are never completed. They advised his stuff may have been boxed up and moved elsewhere. This place is unprofessional and not reliable.

  I've never had such a bad experience with this place. I did my taxes here 2017 everything was good came back from deployment and did my 2018 and 2019 taxes. 2019 was fine no issues but my 2018 I still haven't gotten my return and every time I call I either get told call back in 2 weeks or they tell me they will call me back and I never get called back! There has been so many issues with my taxes this year I'm not going to come here anymore. Update: It's now end of July and still haven't received my 2018 tax return

  Filed my tax with this location and kept getting told they submitted my return when they’re own liberty tax customer service said they still hadn’t and even the bank to find out the status of our loan . And they hadn’t looked into anything and no one can give us information as to why our return still says it’s under review . Never going here again . This is insane my mom filed yesterday with a different liberty tax and got approved for her refund last night AND her refund submitted already . Smh
