  Dale Bilbrey is top notch! He was helpful in a multitude of ways and kept things moving even calling on weekends and evenings to address questions or keep us abreast of developments. And he saved us a nice chunk of money that we would have missed in the bargain!! The rest of the team at Primary was a pleasure as well and we are now happily ensconced in our new home!
