  If you want all around VIP service, just ask for Calvin Zimmermann. We heard about Calvin through a mutual friend and decided to give him a try, a decision we were glad we made! Calvin was very professional, responsive, kind, and thorough. We never had to worry about having to track him down to get updates because we were always kept in the loop and informed of the status of our loan. Our close went extremely smooth and we cant't thank him enough for all of the time and effort he spent making sure we were taken care of. Don’t waste your time searching for someone you can trust to get the job done because you have already found him. Highly, highly recommend!

  I cannot give my realtor and mortgage team enough praise. I have tried 3 years trying to find a good team to find a home. We were in a position where we had to find a home this year. I was having trouble getting in touch with my previous mortgage team when I need them. So my realtor introduced me to Chris Tucker at MottoMortgage, not only did he get me approved in less than a few hours, he had me numbers, and stayed in contact this whole process. He explained things to me when I didn’t understand, he texted and called me immediately when I needed it. He made this process so easy and made me feel so confident in my purchase. I will say I’m not the easiest person to probably work with, I worry, I’m impatient, I cry, I get flustered when I get overwhelmed…. But they helped me and worked through it with me. I closed on a home, that I never thought was possible as a first home. We scored it for $77,000 less than originally listed and we closed in less than 30 days. I am grateful for these people, they made this process easy.

  Calvin Zimmerman 5 Stars (Extremely Satisfied) - I am not the type of person to go out of my way and write reviews, however a review is warranted. My fiancé and I are first time home buyers. We knew very little about the industry, which can be terrifying for such a big decision to make in life. Then we meet Calvin. From the get go I could tell he was in expert in this industry. He went above and beyond explaining how the entire process works. Educated us and answered every question we had (no matter how dumb the questions might have been). He is very easy to talk to, checked in almost daily, and made us feel at ease. We closed on our house 7/11 and till this day we still talk about how amazing Calvin was. We move in this Thursday and can not thank Calvin enough! No chance there is a better Loan officer in Nashville area.
