  Refreshing to deal with an honest family business - if you want the best available rate with the lowest closing costs call Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Robert Bates and his son Christopher. They saved me over $50,000 and 3 1/2 years off my current mortgage by refinancing at a lower rate - if your current mortgage is over 3% then you should consider their options. Easy and painless process and they even came to my home to close the loan! Great company - would refer them to anyone in need of financing options! Thanks again guys!

  Chris and Robert Bates are the best in the business. They saved us 65 thousand plus on the duration of our loan and cut our payment by $200 per month. They also made great on the promise of not requiring us to pay a large amount of money out of pocket at closing. This is the second mortgage we have entrusted with PRMI and specifically with the Bates family. We originally went with a mortgage Company out of northern VA, and the hospitality and knowledge of PRMI blows them away. I can't recommend Chris and Robert enough, they are great people and care for your home like it is their own.

  Chris was such a wonderful person to work with. He truly made the whole buying a house experience smooth and easy. He walked us through the process step by step and was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. During such a busy time for mortgage companies he managed to get everything done that we needed done and closed on our house before the holidays. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. I would highly recommend Chris.

  Clear communication and expectations were a constant from the first consultation visit with David Bates to my loan closing shortly thereafter. The website was great for loading documents, information, and simply guiding me through the process, etc. I was kept up to date on the progress of loan with no exception. I have bought and sold several properties over the years and this loan and closing went far better than I have EVER experienced. I fully recommend PRM to handle anyone's mortgage needs!
