Idk Idk1They literally steal your money with overdraft fees. They have taken literally over 500$ from me from over the past 8 months. I’m sick of this bank. Somethings doesn’t even make sense on why I was overdrafted causing that fee right behind it. Pulled 100$ out of my account for a transaction I paid earlier that week, told me it was out of my account, paid all my bills but takes it out again Causing my last 10$ to be gone making it -95.00$ then the overdraft fee turns it into -130.00$ . It’s basically fraud. A horrible bank. This keep happening and I’m tired of pretending like it’s my fault. Especially during these COVID times, money is hard right now. This bank has made it so rough. I’m over it. Changing banks.

Timothy Shammas1If I could give zero stars I would! I was discriminated against, I am currently being falsely accused of committing fraud while I was trying to diversify my bank portfolio! They closed my accounts without any notification, it has been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a written notice on why my accounts were closed and they are wrongfully holding my funds and refusing to release them to me violating Regulation CC. Filing complaint with the FDIC.

Sonia Pulley1Terrible service and bank in general. All of suntrust banks are the worst banks I have ever had to deal with. Still trying to get my banking straightened up to this day. Manager does nothing to help you either. They closed my account and are holding onto my funds. They will steal your money

Brandon Lee1This bank is very short staffed on tellers, so therefore be prepared to wait. Wait times for transactions are at least 5 minutes on a good day! With upwards of 10 minutes on other days. But the tellers are exceptional! I really feel sorry for the added stress on them do to being short on help.
