  Originally I was going with another bank for my loan but the other loan officer had too many issues and was very unprofessional. So I decided to go with the bank I have used on all my other houses, and found Jared. This guy knows the value of a good work ethic. In the future, I will use no one else.

  Communication was great with John and Jared (Primary Residential Mortgage). They made the process much more pleasant and stress free. They accommodated us and were extremely professional throughout. They went above and beyond. We have never experienced such great local service throughout our years in buying homes.
