  The customer service that this location offers us as their clients is amazing. when you walk in they great you with kindness and love. they're very assertive when doing your taxes. They always answer all your questions. They go above and beyond to make sure they do everything needed to give you the best possible return. Or in my case to pay back. You walk out feeling happy and confident. I definitely recommend anyone that needs their taxes done to please come here . They're amazing.

  My experience here was the most easiest and excellent service I've ever had. They were very formal. And professional and I did. Like the fact that they had snacks and fillers for Any customer that comes in to make them feel comfortable I definitely recommend. Anyone, that is having A doozy with their taxes To go on in and have that professional take care of what needs to be done. They do have a cost but is fair as long as you have a refund that is in a good amount if it's low. Recommend TurboTax, that's free. Let me I felt that it was necessary. Then I am glad to bring my business there. Thank you Liberty Tax.

  I’ve been with liberty tax for several years I’m always happy with there service plus they are awesome on assisting with questions !! Friendly very clean Valerie at Austin bluffs location was awesome she also did my two teens taxes and assisted in any guidance or questions for them ! Ty guys u rock ~ Bernadette m

  I have been getting my taxes done by H&R Block for many years .I have had no problems at all .I have also been using the coupons sent by them. A friend of mine recommend Liberty tax .I thought I would try them out .Their voice mail said their prices start at $39:95 .I just had a very simple and straight forward tax return to file . #1 The lady goofed up on my SS number I had to go back a second time and sign papers .which delayed my tax returns. # 2 .They charged me $205 :00 for doing my taxes . returned $50 cash which was a catch . I don't recommend this place . Very negligent .Don't be fooled by the free goodies they provide there while you wait.We go in for the best service and not goodies . A very unhappy customer .

  Honest, fast, friendly service this is my third or fourth year in a row coming to this exact location and every time I choose to do my taxes through Liberty this will always be the location I choose. Katrina is very knowledgeable and more than helpful and that goes double for her Associates. I highly recommend this place for you or your family and friends

  Update on my previous review: This place is terrible, of the about 8 times they said they would call me back they have called back once. About 3 weeks ago they said they would call "next Friday" here we are 2 Fridays later and nothing. I finally called the IRS and they said they are processing my return without the insurance information I turned in at the 3 week mark to liberty tax and the IRS states they never received it. It has now been 9 weeks since I filed and they weren't processed because they were waiting on a document I thought liberty sent in 6 weeks ago and every time I call they say they have no update. I am beyond frustrated and done with their absolute incompetence. I would not recommend this place to anyone for the sole reason that their customer service is terrible. I trusted them with something I know nothing about and time and time again they let me down and didn't call back when they said they would. Update: it has now been 12 weeks since I filed and 4 weeks since they said they could call me back with an update. I went by their office and they are closed. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

  Katrina and Nicole do an awsome job! We had our kids with us (2 yrs and 5 yrs) and they had healthy snacks and a toy box! Very family friendly! I definitely recommend them and we will be back!!

  I went to get my 2018 and 2017 taxes done here at this location and it was by far the worst and most unprofessional tax preparers office I have ever been to. There was several mistakes made on my tax return to the point where it extended the time in which I would receive my refund because the IRS had wrong information because it was mistyped.The first mistake was that Katrina the owner, typed in my wife’s Social Security number wrong, I know people make mistakes but I felt it could have been avoided if there was less distractions like a loud radio on the desk. So then we had to come back the next day to re-sign the paperwork so she could resubmit it but it’s not so easy to load up the entire family with special needs children. Then after waiting for an IRS return I come to find out after a month that the IRS did not receive my 2017 tax return because it was never submitted by Katrina at the Austin Blas location . I called up there about three different times to have her call me back because she was never in the office and I never once received a callback. I went to another location to see if I can have the other liberty tax send out my 2017 tax return which they did and they mentioned that they get phone calls every year because of the poor customer service at the Austin Bluffs location.There is a couple more things that they dropped the ball on but I am just going to leave it at that please don’t waste your time here go somewhere else, anywhere else!!! Also be careful with their $50 dollar promotion that they “seem to have given the last $50 dollar bill to the previous customer”. What they do is they over charge you, then discount $50!! I just don’t like being lied to

  Everyone at Liberty Tax is so friendly, they made me feel relaxed about my taxes, which is usually a very stressful experience for me. I will be back next year for sure I totally trust them with everything and they even got me back more than I thought I would get back!
