  We this company for our first homebuying experience. Our lender was Jennifer Pollard and I would highly recommend. I’m not one to leave reviews but this woman right here deserves one. Jen was the most patient, kind, educational person I could have asked for. She explained everything, let us know what to expect, and was always on top of everything. She also came through when our agent dropped the ball of somethings. We should have been way behind our original closing date because of the mess up and she ensured we closed the next business day! She felt like a best friend the entire time and yet almost like a mom to help guide me and guide me through it all. I would highly recommend working with her and will continue to tell all of my friends what an amazing job she did. I just wish I had a way to repay her for everything. Please consider using her if your looking into buying a home!!!

  Shelby's worked with a number of my buyers and done what other lenders haven't been able to do. Sometimes, the difference is simply that he picks up the phone when called. Other times, it's his knowledge and patience in helping my clients through what can sometimes be a very difficult process of buying a home. Shelby has done the near impossible while making it seem easy.

  Experience with Primary Residential Mortgage branch in Lutz was great.We worked with Loan officer Shelby Monaghan. Shelby is very knowledgeable, honest at the same time very professional. Buying a home is very stressful process.Shelby made process to go smoothly and easy. We bought the house and refinance year later, I can not express enough how happy we were to work with Shelby obtaining the right loan mortgage for our family, each time buying and refinancing.   We worked with Brad. And as a self employed person its not as easy to get a mortgage. As of yesterday because of Brad's dedication and ability to make things happen. We became home owners. As with most people we had some hurdles that most people would have gave up. Brad did the opposite, he kept at it and always found the way to get it done.   Used these folks in purchasing out if state property. All online until signing which was with mobile notary. Agent Shelby Monaghan was very helpful and always available with quick responses to my questions. I'll use them again.
