  This place cant even input numbers correctly for a wire transfer. Wanda input the numbers wrong and now thousands of dollars that should be in another country right now is in "limbo" couldnt edit the transfer she made so it had to be cancelled. This process started 12.14 it's now 12.21 and the recipient of the transfer has no money and the money is not in the account either. After 4 in person visits. 2 phone calls and several unanswered calls and voicemails...here we are still waiting for the money to be in the account 1 week later! Terrible customer service as far as getting things done. Super nice in person but wheres the money and the service you promised??? And nothing done to try to rectify the situation. Go to Chase - Americas number 1 rated bank... BOA is rated number 2 but after this should be further down the list.

  Understand that there is COVID but this location seems to be taking a beating by being closed most of the time & the drive through seems permanently CLOSED. What makes up for the closed time loss is their ever friendly & polite Branch Manager Mr Hanif who is GREAT & the reason to hang on to BOA.

  I went today. They were great and the manager, Hanif, was AMAZING! I genuinely felt like he cared for me and my finances. He guide me, answered all of my questions, assist me very professionally and friendly. I recommend this office.

  Super frustrated. I've been waiting 40 minutes for a direct deposit authorization slip. People are attentive and respectful, but I waited 10 minutes in the wrong line before I was guided to the right line, there were 2 people ahead of me. And everyone else was helped in the cashier line before someone finally acted as if it was important for me not to wait any longer.

  Waited over 2 hrs to speak with someone to change my name. People that came in after me were seen and helped before me. Better off going to a different office

  I agree that I wish I could give this branch zero stars. My husband has been into the branch twice. One time being today (Saturday). He was standing in line waiting to be assisted when he was walked passed multiple times and never acknowledged. He eventually was asked if he was doing okay and when he said he needed assistance, the gentleman kept walking and asking other people if he could help them. This resulted in my husband leaving without being helped. Poor customer service.

  We do 95%of our banking on line. This bank is on my way home and if I have the need for an ATM it’s always available. If we need to speak to a member of the staff we call to make sure they are not busy before we go.

  After an hour of waiting to get a temporary debit card and being skipped by the associate three times to help other people I left. Ridiculous. I will be closing my personal and business accounts with BoA. Persistent issues.

  Wish I could give this branch 0 stars. They are always understaffed. Today I arrived 50 minutes before the bank closed and was told to come back on a different day as they close at 1 on Saturdays and had other customers waiting. I was already there yesterday and was told the wait would be about 40 minutes...

  Worst bank ever!!!!!! They have closed all drive thrus in the city. Clearly they do not want people to bank with them anymore. I have never been so dissatisfied in my entire life!!!
