  Greg was recommended to me by my sister( Amanda Beatty), who he previously helped throughout her loan process. When she was going through the loan / home buying process she spoke highly of him and how helpful he was. When it was time for my husband and I to start the process I got his information from her and gave him a call. Right from the beginning he was incredibly personable and informative. We weren't sure if it was even possible for us to start the loan process financially and he walked us through it step by step. Thankfully, we were in fact ready to start the process! Throughout the experience there were a few unexpected issues due to the housing market but Greg talked us through it and reassured us that it was going to work out. He let us know our options and answered all of our questions - explaining everything things as many times as needed. Despite the known stress and frustration associated with the loan process it felt easy. I think that feeling of ease is due to how personable & knowledgeable Greg was. We felt as though we were going through this process with an old friend, someone who cared about our lives and the outcome of this loan. I will definitely recommend everyone I know to Greg & Primary Residential Mortgage.

Mike was wonderful to work with at the beginning of the process. Everyone was very clear, answered all of my questions, were very responsive by phone, email and even text.   Kathleen Lauman and her team were beyond professional and made the process of buying a home absolutely as streamlined, organized and painless as possible. Everything was explained so that the entire process was crystal clear, with reinforcement and progress reports each step of the way. Everyone, and especially Kathleen, was immediately responsive to any question or concern, even late at night! I can't recommend Kathleen and her team highly enough—stellar service in every respect!

  Kathleen Lauman from PRMI was great! She really took the time to educate us on the homebuying process, and answered all of our questions. As first time homebuyers we were pretty nervous, but we felt like we were in capable hands throughout the process, and Kathleen and her team were always prompt in responding to our calls and messages. Kathleen is also very knowledgeable of the different grant programs in Baltimore City, which was helpful, and PRMI offered one of the best rates (we checked around with about 4-5 other lenders). Would definitely recommend!

  Jeff Gunther and his team are my angels! I have been trying to purchase a home for over a year and lenders have taken my money, lied to me and down right belittled me.
