They are very bad , they will give you the pre approval first big after one month the will tell you sorry you are not qualified, you gonna lost your earnest money

Entire process was very smooth, timely, and they are very helpful and make you feel you are in good hands and they have your best interest. We can't believe buying our first home was that easy, it was! Seriously, zero stress. They take care of you.

  I have my refinance loan with them for past 4 months. I was informed that it will take 45-60 days. I keep hearing that its almost done by I still don't have a date. Not only that one of their reps pulled my credit report without my permission and cost me points on my report. I am still waiting to see if they come through. I will change my review if they do but if not then I am disappointed as they were referred by another relator. Quite unprofessional to keep making promises you can't keep. My credit is excellent and I am an avid investor. So finances are not an issue. #poorcustomerservice
