  I worked with John Melnick II on my mortgage loan application. John is incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy! He was there for me when I first reached out for a mortgage loan and was there for me when I closed. John was always available at all times, especially when it came time to purchasing my first home. (He introduced to me the VHDA grant, which is an incredible opportunity for any homebuyer in Virginia!) John is usually on-call on nights and weekends, and he would stay afterhours to answer all the questions I had. Would 100% whole-heartedly recommend!!!

  I have worked with Tim and his team for more than 18 years and have been very satisfied with the experience - first when I purchased my 2nd home, then several subsequent refinances of that home to take advantage of lower interest rates, and again when purchasing a vacation home. On the refinances, Tim was proactive in contacting me to advise when rates had fallen enough to make a refi worth doing. In every transaction Tim and his team have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and timely when answering questions and offering options.
