  Lindsay Marsengill provided superb customer service throughout the entirety of our loan or refinance process on numerous transactions. Lindsay was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I recall there were a few complicated situations, but she advised us on the best way to structure our loan to get it approved and close on time. She also got us a low interest rate and saved us money in closing costs. I appreciated that Lindsay was always easy to reach by phone and email, and responded promptly to my messages and questions, even on evenings and weekends. I would recommend Lindsay to anyone looking to purchase or refinance. Lindsay always exceeded my expectations every single time. I just can’t say enough how easy and stress free it is when working with Lindsay and her team at Intercoastal Mortgage.

  Lindsay Marsengill deserves 6****** rating!! We have purchased and refinanced numerous houses with Lindsay Marsengill as our Lender with Intercoastal Mortgage. I can not say enough nice things about Lindsay. She is a great communicator, very responsive to texts, call and emails, and when She says she can get the deal done quickly, she stands by her word and she will get it done. All you have to do is get the money ready for closing. The fees were very reasonable compared to other lenders. It was a pleasure to work with Lindsay and I would absolutely use her again to purchase or refinance another home. Lindsay always exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Lindsay to my family and friends because I know she would take of them the same way. Once again, thank you Lindsay!!

  Lindsay and team are amazing. Ive heard so many horror stories of mortgage companies pre qualifying unqualified buyers and TONS of issues coming up right before or at the end of settlement. This was the easiest, most smooth sailing process ive ever done with this team. I can simply load and sign documents via secured apps with Intercoastal. I can reach out for any questions, big or small and not be treated like I just insulted some ones mother. Thank you again Lindsay and team for making this an amazing and great experience.   I cannot believe that I put off refinancing for so long out of fear of it being a complex arduous task.  Lindsay and her team of professionals made this entire process a complete breeze.  The communication is impeccable, instructions straight forward and easy to follow, and I cannot even imagine a way they could have made it more convenient.   The secure portal for submitting and signing documents makes trips to the copier machine and driving around town a thing of the past.  Who would have thought that refinancing could be a true pleasure? For all my home lending services I will never go anywhere else!

  We bought our first home this summer and the best part about the whole experience was Lindsay! We are so thankful for her.
