  This was the fourth time in two years we tried to refinance our home. All 3 previous lenders had completely different reason for not following through on the refinance. All waited until the end to tell us it was not happening. By the time we came to Jeff, we did not believe the refinance was possible but gave him a try based on a friend's recommendation. HE DID IT!   A friend referred my husband and me to Jeff Divack, and I've thanked her many times. We wanted to refinance the mortgage on our townhouse to a 15-year, fixed-rate from a long-expired ARM and take out some equity for home improvements.
