  Sandy Potterfield has been the best loan officer I have ever worked with. We did a refinance and a new home purchase with her and her staff. They all were so helpful and available at any time for any questions we had. Her emails and videos were super helpful to understand the process we were on. If you need to find a person to trust and help she’s definitely the one. Sandy is just an amazing person that knows what she is doing.

  Sandra Potterfield is simply amazing! From the very beginning, she impressed us as being extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and competent. She is also delightfully personable. She was always very patient, and carefully explained every step of the mortgage process to me in terms I could understand, and made the whole process simple and easy. Her professionalism and level of expertise were unsurpassed and we were so very pleased to have her on our side. She made what could otherwise have been a stressful ordeal seem like a piece of cake. She was always super helpful and good about responding to calls or emails and encouraged us to contact her at any time with any question we had. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy a new place. Do yourself a favor - forget about other mortgage lenders and go straight to Sandra for a superbly professional mortgage lending experience.
