  PFB gets premium finance quotes back to me very quickly. They are 99% of the time correct the first time and they have a competitive interest rate. The web site is easy to navigate to upload payments. They are also thankful for the business that I give them, which is nice. Good personal service and the customer service reps are the same people, which means no turnover like many places. A pleasure to do business with, which is getting harder to find with most of today's companies. C W McNew

  I have been using PFB for the last few months and I have to say Sheila Minniti has provided stellar customer service. She is hands down one of the best reps on the PFB team. It doesn't matter what time i call, she is always there to help me get the finance contract set up with a great attitude. We are moving all of our financing needs to PFB due to Sheila's superior service.
