  Corey and his associates are at the top of their game. They were able to provide the most competitive offer. Throughout the process they are in constant, direct contact. They provide information in a way that non-housing people can understand, which was very important for me. We were selling, and buying. Our buying process was super simple. Through no fault of our own or MMM, our selling process hit multiple hiccups and delays and they had our backs and supported over all those speed bumps.   Where do we start? My wife and I just recently went through the real estate process of selling our house and then buying our current home. Corey and his MMM team went above and beyond our expectations! We honestly could not have done it without them. They were there every step of the way to not only get us the best loan/rate, but also answer any questions we may have along the way.   A friend recommended Corey Anderson w/ Maryland Mutual Mortgage (MMM) and it was one of the best decisions we made during the home buying process. We hit plenty of other non-mortgage hurdles before closing, but MMM kept track of everything and worked very closely with us and our realtor to make sure everything went smoothly. From the beginning it was clear that Corey was looking out for our interests. With all the things to worry about when buying a home this was one thing that I felt like was lifted off our shoulders. Corey was able to lock in a rate well below what other lenders were offering, he spent lots of time making sure we understood absolutely everything within the loan agreement and he (and the MMM team) was extremely responsive by phone/test/email, day or night.   As being a first time home owner I had NO clue where to start, what to do, etc. I called Maryland Mutual Mortgage and spoke to Corey Anderson and I couldn’t be more then grateful to work with him throughout the entire process! NEVER was there an email that wasn’t answered with in a timely matter! NEVER was a phone call that wasn’t answered or returned right away! NEVER was a question that he couldn’t or didn’t answer!! He was very honest, open, and got every detail to EVERYTHING! The thought of buying a house seems so scary however there wasn’t anything i had to worry about!! It was 8:00pm on a Friday night and we just got done viewing a house, which we knew it was the one!!! I emailed Corey while he was home with his NEW BORN BABY, children, wife and family visiting and stopped everything he was doing to go to the office and send me over paper work to get the process started!! I am completely in love with our house however if we ever choose to move again, I wouldn't work with anyone else but Corey! Working with Corey also feels like we gained a friend, which we are forever grateful for ! So if you are looking and thinking, just stop and call Corey! You wont regret it !
