  Only bank I know that has an app that doesn’t update in live time. You could make transactions days ago and your account won’t show it at all (not even as Pending) causing you to overdraft if you’re not careful or not paying attention (doing the math yourself). Their appointment hours stopping at 3pm on weekdays is also unacceptable since most working people aren’t off work until 4-5pm. It was a great experience to be helped immediately when applying and becoming a member but literally only because their response time was quick. Outside of that, not too comfortable at all and doubt I’ll be keeping my money here.

  awful and disrespectful customer service, and the staff are very racially biased. I went there to open an account with this bank. I handed the manager and the teller my SSN and my MD state ID as requested, however, the manager insisted to see my foreign passport that has a permanent visa to USA. I handed my foreign passport to her and then she started checking all of my passport pages and checking on my Visas to other countries that I have visited (trying to act like a US immigration officer and investigate my background) So, I asked her for the reasons of her actions and that she replied that she is trying to figure out the first page!!! My husband who is an American and serves the US government for over 23 years, he has noticed that her actions are illegal, unprofessional, and represents extreme prejudice and shows racial and color bias. My husband asked her firmly that the first page of the passport is written in English language and the first page in the beginning of the passport just like the American passport!!! I have traveled all around the world and sadly I only have witnessed this sick mentally staff at the APG Federal Credit Union located next to Walgreens in Forest Hill, MD. The staff and management at this branch bank of APG Federal Credit Union shows a very darker image of America and shows no professionalism and respect to customers who are not with white complexion and has no Anglo Saxon Christian name. we have left the bank and went for another bank much better and less racial biased treatment.

  Employees are Always accommodating and friendly! Never feel like a sales person needs to make a quota to keep their job. Love this Credits Union! Thank You!

  Credit card was declined and I was never contacted, even though it had 15,000 on it that had never been touched. I call they have no idea why it was declined and 'sorry' is their help. Unprofessional

  This place is terrible! Really bad customer service and they have no idea what they are doing! I honestly can't believe they are still open! If I was you I definitely wouldn't waste my time with them!
