  Run as fast as you can. Anyone with common sense would not use these thieves for anything. They will hold up your money from the sale of your home to find anything to keep from paying you. If they could get a no stars that still wouldn't be good for me. The buyers closed on our property 11/18 and we still have not received are payment. And we were the home owners for 14 years before buying a brand new home.

  You have been notified that your statements were false and to make proper corrections. You and Mr. W have lied to us by signing false judgment affidavits and falsely informed us that you were married. We closed your transaction based on the signed judgment affidavits and your marital status. However, they were all false, and we had to hold your money until we cleared those judgment liens. And we finally helped you by releasing those judgments from personally as well. There were a short delay because of your unwillingness to help us getting the payoffs from the judgment creditors. We have done several thousand transactions and our job is to funnel the escrowed funds. As we are heavily regulated by government agency and by our underwriter for the escrowed money, we have no liberty to hold anyone's money at our will. Your statements are simply not true.

  Not sent me the closing estimate. As a customer, I had continuously asked for closing estimates. Still had wrong information until closing time, asked them and corrected, but they still sent money with incorrect amount. Suggest to stay away from this company to save yourself from troubles.

  Hello Mr. Zhu, I'm very sorry for your experience with our company. As we were in the middle of changing our software system new and better system, we sent out your requested CD late. Your closing was delay by the parties' agreement. But you requested that no automatic adjustments be made on your side for the delay. Our records show that the amount in question was $1.33. As we could not change those figures without changing the same amount to the buyer, we could not adjust $1.33 to CD at that time. We acknowledged your $1.33 request at that time without getting consent from the buyer because the amount so minimal. And we are sending a check for $1.33.
