Worst Bank ever. They don't consider old people. Charge for everything. The Annandale location is the worst. Have to go to the falls church location, that is a bit better.

I don’t understand why this location has only 1 teller. There is huge line. I might change my bank if this happen again to me

Worst customer service, I ever had. They are racist, their English is too bad. If you are immigrant and none-white. Don't go there

Today i went to get my first debit card and the lady that was helping me, Carole Gholam, was very nice. even tho me and my dad forgot to get out social security she made us another apointment that same day and she was still very nice. Before that while me and my dad were waiting she was thanking us for waiting patiently and even offered us water. I really liked her communication when she told me how to use the bank of america app and how to use the online debit card. She was patient with me even when i was messing up setting up the password for my Bank of America account.👍😃

Extremely rude and likely discriminatory branch. Had the Bank Manager herself take a "customer" out of the back of the line and help her with a cash transaction instead of the 5-10 people in line ahead of her. Customer was Korean and manager discriminated against non-Koreans in line. I asked why she was helping her first and she said "she knew her" and "it was Saturday what do you expect." I asked why only 1 person was working and 3 were standing around (including the manager). When I got to the counter, the agent refused to help me, despite being with BOA for >20 years, and when I asked for the same cash transaction the line-cutter received. I said why do you have people stand in line for 10 min when you won't help them and she argued that it was only 5 min.... When I asked for the manager's name (Tracy Do) she refused and gave me the card of the agent. They then started to aggressively demean and bad mouth me. Then threatened to call the police after I took her photo. I left and she literally chased me outside threatening me like a crazy person! Manager should be fired immediately. [And apparently, I'm not the first to report discrimination and rude managers at this branch! Yikes!]

Navraj, the assistant manager, was helpful and understanding. Tracy, his manager, worked to find a solution that solved my problem, and I am so thankful for them! This should be your first stop, if you must use BOA. Thank you, again!

This Bank needs new management. No matter what time of day I go inside there is a long line and only 2 tellers (and one is also working the Drive-Thru window. (So really 1.5 tellers). People stand in line for 20 or more minutes. If you have a special transaction you have to wait anywhere from 15-50 minutes to be seen. (Really) And they make any specialty transaction so hard to accomplish. It's ridiculous.

i went into the bank early in the morning ... about 9:20 ... signed my name to be the 1st on the list to wait for a rep to help me on a case. Besides the bank cashiers, there're 4-5 staff: one walked back and forth b/w office and her car; the 2nd was on the phone, another seated silently @ desk, ... About 5min later a lady seems to be a manager/lead there saw me still waiting, came and asked what i need. i told her the exact service i needed. She then said "ok, wait for someone to help you." Then she went away and talked to the one @desk, probably about something that's more important than my case. i waited about 10 more minutes then walked away. If they're busy i'd understand, but there was no other customers at that time. The reason i waited 10 more mins, because the service i needed was important to me, and also i want to see if there's any reasons that i'd come to this place again. And no, i found no reasons to come back.

Probably one of the worst Bank of America branch i have ever been to. I went there for an auto loan and the lady was not in the mind set of getting me an auto loan. Instead she wanted to get rid of me as soon as she can without giving me a sufficient ("reasonable") answer. And also the lady was being judmental. That was rude and unprofrssional.
