The entire team is courteous, competent, efficient, and patient. It was so refreshing to work with a small, hands-on firm rather than dealing with the bureaucracy and delays of larger lenders I have worked with in the past.

  Paul Marrs and his team did a wonderful job on our loan. We really felt like they were on our side, and got a us a great loan. They were very responsive even on a weekend when we needed a modification to out preapproval letter to make an offer on a house. They lived up to their commitments and were were timely in our loan's processing through the various steps. We will definitely return for future financing needs.

  This is my second go around using Premier Mortgage Resources and working with Paul Marrs and his team. I would highly recommend them in helping one to refinance a home loan. They got me a great rate. Paperwork was a breeze. We did have a snag (on our end) and Paul's team was there helping me to get what they needed to close on my loan. Easy to work with.

  I would highly recommend Paul and team to any homebuyer (especially, first time homebuyers). Paul and team helped me and my partner walked through the mortgage process, gave us clear information about how much we could be approved for, and helped us at every part of the process through close (including taking many of my calls). We were even able to pull our close date in two days because Paul and team were so on top of everything!
