  This bank location “does not do cash transactions” because “most people just use the ATM when they need cash” so don’t come here needing quarters because this financial institution can’t help you.

  I have been banking with over 16 years. Excellent customer service and always there live person who has the answers, when you need it.

  Customer service is excellent so I'll give credit where credit is due. However, you'll be nickel and dimed for everything along the way. For example, a standard basic savings account brings you charges of $5 per month. For my 13 year old son, that would be about 25% of what he's able to save. The only reason for banking with a big bank used to be easy access to free ATM's, but now days you can get cash back anywhere free of charge. Don't support these people, they don't care about you. Go with a local credit union. I bank at Trailhead CU here in Portland where they gave me a Visa card (line of credit) for $2k at 14% interest (non variable). With excellent credit Chase offered me the same at 22%. Pass!

  Incredible experience today at this Chase location. Erin the teller and Robert the private banker were both very courteous, helpful, and genuinely good people. Loved it!

  The staff at Chase on Lovejoy have been a pleasure to do business with an have been extremely helpful. On a personal level and as a business owner I would not go anywhere else with my banking!

  I visited the store to ask for a credit card limit increase and to learn about other credit card offers, but they couldn't help me. For each question, they told me to call the number on the card.
