  Mat is amazing, provides a great customer experience and is extremely knowledgeable! We had some challenges with our selected lender and ultimately had to walk away from them. A family member provided Mat's details, I called him and he swooped in and sorted everything out for us! We got a better interest rate, lower closing costs and still closed on time within a limited window! He saved me and my family a lot of stress and heartache.. for that we are extremely grateful!   We recently bought a home, and we used Mathew as our mortgage Lender. He is very knowledgeable about the VA home loan which was a huge help to me. He is very professional, always on top of everything, and always available to help with your many questions.   I'm in the process of my second home loan with Mathew, the first about 11 years ago. Then and now, Mathew has gone out of his way to accommodate my needs and provide the docs I've asked for in a timely manner, usually after hours or early in the morning, and even while he is on vacation. I'm a very demanding customer, and Mathew's patience with me has been incredible. I have and always will recommend Mathew. Thank you, sir!

  I had thrown own out a couple of emails to local mortgage broker's to compare against my go to Bank. Matt responded right away with different options that I didn't even know about. He was aways available for questions (even when sick) and we even closed earlier when the seller's asked us to. We will be contacting him again for any future mortgage needs for sure.

  Early closing!!! from Oregon City, OR This was my first time working with Matt Matilla. He came highly recommended and he certainly lived up to it. We needed an early close and he came through in spades. Close was set for 30 day and we actually were ready to close on day 13, pending seller's availability to sign early. He was prompt, concise, minimal back and forth, and very knowledgeable. I will be using him in the future!!
