Kris Escalante1Service has gone downhill in the last two years. I was in there yesterday, and I was so disappointed that none of the three employees were wearing masks and one employee was very near me without a mask and on the customer side of the barrier... No social distancing. I received an email from the manager tonight in response to a survey I completed where I expressed my concern about the lack of mask wearing. The manager explained Premier Member employees don't have to wear masks in Weld county and customers have the option of wearing masks or using the drive-thru. On a positive note, the manager was kindly going to address my concerns about a rude teller so that's helpful. I usually do not like to put in poor reviews online, but at this time I am not satisfied with Premier Members Federal Credit Union.

Scott Shaeffer1Despite being part of the shared network of credit unions, this cu limits transactions to $1500 cash withdrawal and $2500 electronic transfers (in network). I had to drive another hour and a half round trip to my cc to get my transaction done. According to my cu, these limits are a violation of the shared network. But seriously, how is a BANK unable to move more than $2500? That's nothing! Nonsense.

Alvin N.1We came in a few months ago to have some documents notarized and have a bank check verified. We were treated as if we were putting them out of their way, yet this is their job! We were not pleased with the treatment we received. Also, doesn’t matter what time we come or how many cars are or aren’t in line, it takes an incredibly LONG time to do a simple deposit through the drive thru! Ridiculous!

Luke Villano1I am a car salesman and i have had to call this bank multiple times for a payoff. The shortest amount of time i waited on hold for was 95 minutes, the longest was well over 2 hours. They waste my whole day and then tell me "the payoff will be faxed over within 48 hours" This is the last place you should ever do business with. Especially on auto loans. CLAUDIA EVERHART1I kind of thought it was normal for a bank facility to have a coin counter. They used to, apparently they don't anymore? When asked if it was going to be replaced I was told simply, "no." Okay, so, I'm supposed to drive to Louisville to get coins counted?

They couldn’t do shared banking because the scanners were down.. the teller continued to ask me for more information which I did, gave this, signed that, waited.. waited.. teller comes back.. uhh we can’t do this because our scanner is down.. so frustrating!! People were yelling from the drive up ATM and the other drive up lane because nothing is working and instead of just saying that and letting people leave these tellers wasted time when nothing could be done!! Again, no signage to say .. out of order, or system down, and why get all this information and make me sign stuff when you can’t even get into your system!!!! Awful customer service!!!

Joshua Ferguson1We use this site as a service center since our home bank is in Thornton. The majority of tellers seem to be burdened when my wife has come in with questions. Usually the answer is I can't do that, when other sites are happy to help. They really just don't want to help, plain and simple. Several other visits have resulted in no service with poor attitudes falling short of the this banks "family" mission. Ultimately the culture among the employees is not family customer based failing to reach the guiding principles outlined the management.

dan mahoney5I've been banking with Premier for ten years and they've been a guide for my journey from being on Chexsystems (bad) to a credit score of over 800. I've enjoyed short lines, friendly staff, their partnership with other FCU's when travelling-- and have never paid a dime in service fees. They employ all of the technological innovations in banking, though a year or so behind the big banks-- a tiny price to pay for the small bank experience I value greatly.

Dan Imal1I would give it zero stars if I could. Fees for everything, and just general horrible customer service. There is no one there to answer the phones, and every so often my wife just gets locked out of her account for no reason. Then you have to wait until the next business day to get any service. They forgot to endorse the check for our down payment on our house almost causing us to lose the house at the closing table. The employees seemed nice enough, but this credit union nickle and dimes you for everything and is not competitive for interest rates. To sum it up, they bring nothing to the table and charge for everything. They are not competitive for any of their services.
