Centennial Lending Reviews

Chelly R5I refinanced my mortgage through Centinnial Lending about five years ago. The process was very fast and without problems. When I have to call them for anything, it's usually concerning my impound account. I have nothing but good to say about every contact I've had with them, especially Betsy. She responds by either email or phone and within less than 24 hours. I read the other reviews about their website, lack of empathy due to COVID and so forth. The world does not stop turning due to the pandemic. Payments are due when they're due. If payments are set up on autopay, you don't have to go on line monthly and they are withdrawn in a timely manner. I've had literally zero problems with this company and I would use them again. Thank you, Centennial.
Response from the ownerChelly R, thank you for the kind words and feedback regarding your experience in working with Centennial Lending. We will make sure to give Betsy kudos for the service she has provided you!

Elo O1Do not use their service!!! Their website does not work. First couple of months you will not have any trouble long in into your account. Then, every single month they have "technical issues" that will force you to delay your payments on time. "EVERY SINGLE MONTH" in top of that you are going to be charge late fees. You have to change your password every month. And forget if you want to do any password changes on the weekends, IT WILL NOT WORK!
Response from the ownerELO O. We are very sorry if you are having issues with our website and making your monthly payments. Centennial Lending services a lot of loans and needs to hear your feedback. Would you please reach out to me directly with details at 720-494-2756 or via our website https://www.centennial-lending.com/contact/ If we have made a mistake, know that we will do our best to make it right. - Charles

Alec Harris5Crystal Wilson has assisted me with two auto leases from start to finish, from setting up auto payments 3 years ago to walking me through the "turning in" process at the end currently. She is a professional, responsive, excellent Manager of Leases!

Ryan Young5We could not have had a better experience with a mortgage lender. With any mortgage, there are always dozens of questions, and often those questions come at sporadically at all different points of the day. Sara at Centennial Lending walked my wife and I through the entire process and laid out each hurdle that we need to go over and how to accomplish the tasks. We highly recommend working with Centennial Lending, and Sara, on your mortgage. We could not be happier with our new home and how we got here.
Response from the ownerHi Ryan! Sara and the entire Centennial Lending staff were more than happy to be of assistance to you and to answer your questions. We hope you and your wife enjoy your new home.

Lisa Pf1FRAUD! I DID NOT refinance with Centennial Lending LLC. I received a homeowners declaration page from my insurance company - my lender has been removed and Centennial Lending is shown as the Mortgagee! Do not do business with this company. The language in their forms they insist you to sign is not protective of the consumer. I NEVER entered into an agreement to do business with them and they removed my lenders name from my homeowners insurance policy!
Response from the ownerLisa, would you please give us a call about this? I can research what is happening, explain and try to resolve your issue. Our phone is 720-494-2740, ask for Charles.

SHAN STEVENSON1Called and explained that my tenent is out of work due to covid, and in 2 day's the money will be available. Called 5 day's later to see why the money wasn't taken out. They said it's up to me to get the money to them. I work in the nursing field and am currently on 14 day stay at home due to a high temperature. Explained that to centennial lending representative. She then proceeded to give me the address to "drop" off the payment, and to be sure to drop payment off before end of month. I reminded her that i cannot leave for at least 10 more day's. She then added that it will affect my credit score. At a time like this with the world temporarily on lock down n I've been a member with centennial lending since August 1999. I'd figure they might have some consideration for me. Still no. Don't even try using them.

Justin Valdez1I understand getting a loan is a tough process, but I feel that if we were to go with another lending company we would be in a home. Centennial-Lending made my fiancee and I feel that the house was going to be ours, but after several submissions to the underwriter, in the end, we were not approved just 5 days before closing! After asking if they could accept more documentation to help the process, in their eyes not being approved means we are finished here. I hope this review helps because I should have listened to the other reviews on here before going with Centennial-Leading and gone somewhere else. Also, as stated I was from another review, I was also charged $495!

Rawss LeBlanc1This was the organization my credit union recommended. Our circumstance was such that we needed a relatively speedy loan, with approximately a month to secure it. After being requested for some off the wall documentation, including documentation not tax or income related, but a letter from HR at my employer with wording I didn't expect them to complete. I was actually able to get it though, and all hoops and hurdles they put up were complete. They allegedly told or realtor everything was looking good. They did not make us or our realtor aware of any difficulty of obtaining the loan until 5 days before closing. They told us this around 4pm. On a Thursday. With a closing on Monday. 2 weekend days. So, really, 2 business days notice. Keep in mind, I pay my bills. Credit score in the area of 800. And these fools couldn't secure a $100k loan w/$70k cash down. Their website was handy. That's about the only positive. Too shady and unprofessional and deceptive to recommend to anyone. My credit union was WRONG. Avoid them, go to the normal big banks unless you aren't hard pressed to get approved. If it isn't important to you, or you want the sale to fail, this is the company for you!! And Centennial Lending copy/paste customer representative, save our time and leave the canned response for another client.

My Review1Autumn Harris is unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Not only did I have to do all of the footwork and paperwork, but she charged outrageous fees and when I questioned it, her only offer was to raise the APR which dropping it was my sole reason for reaching out. She is rude, doesn't care, doesn't try, and is a mockery to the profession; a horrible representation of Centennial Lending.

Cuno Hansen1Worst lending group that I have ever dealt with. Centennial lending approved us for a construction loan then we went through a month process getting estimates and contractors lined up for project. As soon as we had all the numbers put together and contractors put in place we were denied even though credit was outstanding and financials were in order. Also after all paperwork was in, we had to wait a week thinking everything was good, then on the 7th day of waiting we sent an email to check if everything was ok, about 4 hours later we got a return response saying we were denied just because they didn't like the circumstances that they knew about at the beginning of the loan process. Complete waste of our time and my contractors time. Very unprofessional. The Vice president DOUG CHRISTIE was very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. If Centennial wants to stay in business they need to re- evaluate and do a clean sweep of management. Don't let me be the judge, the other reviews speak for themselves, except the one they payed for.
